Roof observations consist of a onsite random check up on the roofing contractor to ensure the work is being done to industry standards or better. All reports are emailed daily to our clients, not only is it fast and keeps the client informed it also fits in with our environmentally friendly attitude at Extensive Roof Consultants.

ROOF CONDITION REPORTS

Roof condition reports allow us to give you a estimate on the clients roof life and other problems that may have occurred overtime. Roof maintenance may not have been kept up or other issues such as alterations to the existing roof from tenants or other trades, etc...
